Update: Prototype demo is not going to there for ever. Earlier assumptions were made that the demo will come after the game releases officially, but since the game was released on June 9 and it is almost a month over now, so no post game Prototype demo is going to be there for either PC, Xbox 360 or PS3. So you please stop expecting any Prototype demo download coming for your system.

The trends are changing now and so is a trend of releasing demos especially Prototype demo. There were times when you used to hands on demos long before the full game releases but now companies like Activision have started releasing demos such as Prototype demo after the full game releases. So you won't be getting any pre game release of Prototype demo anyway.

Activision has a history of releasing demo games almost a week before the full game releases but not releasing Prototype demo for Xbox 360 and PS3 before the full release certainly makes us uneasy as we were all prepared to hands on this Prototype demo. Well this news is for PS3 and Xbox 360 only. Activision said nothing about releasing Prototype PC demo. But as the release date is coming near, so we can't hold to see a launch of Prototype demo for PC as well. But nonethless it is going to be there. Expect the Prototype demo download to get post-game release date when you can download Prototype demo and play it.
