Medal of Honor: Allied Assault was released on 22 January, 2002, right six years from now. Medal of Honor: allied assault is developed by 2015, Inc. and published by Electronic Arts. It is a first person shooter based video game developed on the Quake III Arena engine. Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is highly modified version of the Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K. Allied Assault is the third game in the Medal of Honor series and the first one to be released for Windows and ported to the Linux.
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is based on the infantry combats in the theatres of Europe and North America during World War II. The game takes Lt. Mike Powell of the US Army as a central character who works for OSS. In Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Lt. Mike Powell is sent on six different missions in North America and European theatres and to complete the objectives on each mission.
Medal of Honor: allied assault is available in both single-player and multi-player versions. In single-player version of Medal of Honor: allied assault, player is set to assault German bases in Algiers and Norway, and rescuing comrades in France. The multi-player version of Medal of Honor: allied assault features a 64-person play at the same time.
Medal of Honor includes two expansion packs since its release. Spearhead was the one to be released which was further accompanied by Breakthrough. It has been re-released as Medal of Honor: Allied Assault Deluxe Edition. Deluxe Edition includes Medal of Honor: Spearhead expansion pack, two strategic guides, Allied Assault music, and preview of Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault and Medal of Honor: Allied War Chest.
